Used 2022 Jaguar F-PACE for Sale nearHouston, TX

How much does the 2022 Jaguar F-PACE cost?

Prices have softened 8.19% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 347 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for shoppers to compare.

Is the 2022 Jaguar F-PACE a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Jaguar F-PACE earns a 4.5/5 user rating and a 6.5/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Look and feel at 8/10.

It stands out as a stylish SUV that leans more toward sporty driving dynamics than off-road ability, and it was updated for 2021 before carrying into 2022 essentially unchanged. The breadth of its powertrain lineup is a major draw, with multiple engine choices across the range.

The trade-offs are clear: the ride quality is poor, the front seats are cramped, and the technology can be unintuitive. If you want a distinctive luxury SUV with a sporty personality, it fits that brief better than buyers prioritizing comfort or simplicity.

34.3% of listings are marked as good or great deals, so there is some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Jaguar F-PACE reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The F-PACE is built around a familiar formula rather than a fresh redesign, and that can be a plus for used buyers who prefer a proven setup. Its standard all-wheel drive and broad powertrain lineup also suggest a well-developed platform.

The performance side is varied, with a base turbo four-cylinder, a mild-hybrid V6 setup, and a V8 performance model. The mild-hybrid system is described as adding a brief burst of extra power when setting off and supporting a more aggressive start/stop system.

Jaguar also includes a five-year, 60,000-mile new-vehicle warranty, which helps reduce early ownership risk. For used buyers, the main long-term concern is that the F-PACE’s small flaws can add up if prior maintenance or condition has been neglected.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Jaguar F-PACE?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or a more heavily optioned trim. Focus on overall condition, because the F-PACE’s appeal depends heavily on how well it has been maintained and equipped.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base P250 comes with an 11.4-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, SiriusXM, Bluetooth, wireless phone charging, and a 14-speaker Meridian audio system, but it uses the more basic Pivi infotainment system. Higher trims get Pivi Pro, and the base model also misses leather upholstery.
• Powertrain: The lineup includes a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder, a 3.0-liter V6 mild-hybrid setup, and a 5.0-liter supercharged V8. The mild-hybrid system is meant to improve efficiency and add a brief electric-motor boost off the line.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, safe exit monitor, front and rear parking aids, and a 360-degree camera system. Adaptive cruise control and traffic-sign recognition require an upgrade from the base model.
• Infotainment: The base system uses an 11.4-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, while higher trims get Pivi Pro with simultaneous Bluetooth pairing for two phones. The optional 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and head-up display are also worth checking for.
• Fuel efficiency: The V6 mild-hybrid returns 22 mpg combined, with 20 mpg city and 27 mpg highway in P340 S form. The V8 SVR is rated at 17 mpg combined, with 15 mpg city and 21 mpg highway.

Which 2022 Jaguar F-PACE trim should I buy?

The 2022 Jaguar F-PACE is offered in 5 trim levels: P250, P250 S, P340 S, P400 R-Dynamic S, SVR.

Here's the short version:

• P250: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core F-PACE experience with standard AWD, the 11.4-inch touchscreen, and a strong list of basic equipment. It makes sense if you want the lowest-cost way into the model, but you’ll want to step up if you care about leather upholstery or the more advanced infotainment setup.
• P250 S: This is the best-value trim because it adds the nicer cabin touches you’re most likely to notice day to day, including leather upholstery, while keeping the same basic four-cylinder setup. If you want the most balanced starting point, this is the one to target.
• P340 S: This trim brings the V6 mild-hybrid powertrain and the more advanced Pivi Pro infotainment system, making it the sweet spot for buyers who want more performance and a better tech experience. It’s the right pick if you want the F-PACE to feel more upscale and more responsive.
• P400 R-Dynamic S: This version adds more power from the V6 mild-hybrid setup and is the stronger choice if you want the quickest mainstream F-PACE without jumping to the SVR. It suits you if performance matters more than value.
• SVR: This is the high-performance model, with the supercharged V8 and the most aggressive character in the lineup. Choose it only if you want the top-end performance story and are comfortable paying for it.

Standard safety equipment is generous, but adaptive cruise control and traffic-sign recognition require moving up from the base model.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Jaguar F-PACE?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it’s a reasonable time to shop if you’re patient and comparison-minded.

• Deal availability: 34.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 347 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.19% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $33,728, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Jaguar F-PACE's resale value?

The current average of $33,730 sits slightly below last year's $36,739.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price, you may have less depreciation left to absorb than someone who bought when prices were higher.

The year-round low of $33,728 is very close to the current average, which tells you the market is trading in a relatively tight band. That kind of pricing stability can help future resale planning, especially if you buy near the lower end of the range.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2022 Jaguar F-PACE safe?

The F-PACE’s safety content notes that crash-test ratings from IIHS and NHTSA weren’t available at the time of publication.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver assistance features include lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, safe exit monitor, front and rear parking aids, and a 360-degree camera system. Adaptive cruise control and traffic-sign recognition are not standard on the base model.

That means the F-PACE gives you a solid baseline of safety tech, but you should verify which assistance features are included on the specific trim you’re considering.

Should I buy a 2022 Jaguar F-PACE or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 34.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.19% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It carries forward the 2021 update and keeps the broad powertrain lineup intact.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $29,315, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $33,730 average.
• It blends SUV practicality with a more distinctive, upscale personality.

The bottom line: If you want the newer-year market position and a still-falling price trend, the 2022 is the better target. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2021 is the more budget-friendly path and still delivers the core F-PACE character.
