How much does the 2021 Jaguar F-PACE cost?

Is the 2021 Jaguar F-PACE a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Jaguar F-PACE earns a 5/5 user rating and a 6.8/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

It stands out for its seductive styling, elegant details, balanced proportions, and sporty driving character, while still giving you SUV practicality. The trade-offs are clear: visibility is poor, and the touchscreen response is sluggish.

If you want a luxury SUV that feels more distinctive than generic, this one fits that brief well. 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2021 Jaguar F-PACE reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2021 Jaguar F-PACE is presented as a vehicle that blends style, character, and flexibility, with multiple powertrain choices and a more premium-feeling interior than before. Its standard maintenance coverage also helps reduce early ownership friction.

Jaguar’s complimentary maintenance and warranty coverage can make the first years of ownership easier to manage. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a luxury SUV with complex tech and multiple powertrains can be more expensive to sort out if prior care was inconsistent.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Jaguar F-PACE?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the vehicle history report carefully and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example. Focus on the condition of the infotainment system, driver-assistance features, and overall interior wear, since those are the kinds of areas that can affect day-to-day satisfaction.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The lineup starts with the P250 and adds more premium materials and a new infotainment system as you move up, while the SVR brings the most exclusive and performance-focused setup.
• Powertrain: You get a turbocharged four-cylinder at the base, plus turbocharged and light-electrified six-cylinder options and a supercharged V8 in the SVR.
• Safety package: Jaguar provides a robust collection of driver-assistance systems in every 2021 F-Pace, with adaptive cruise control available on all but the SVR. It also offers Park Assist and a Clear Exit Monitor, but it does not offer lane-centering assistance.
• Infotainment: The 11.4-inch touchscreen includes wireless-style smartphone integration through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus over-the-air software update capability.
• Fuel efficiency: No fuel-economy figure is stated in the provided data.

Which 2021 Jaguar F-PACE trim should I buy?

The 2021 Jaguar F-PACE is offered in 5 trim levels: P250, P250 S, P340 S, P400 R-Dynamic, and P550 SVR.

Here's the short version:

• P250: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core F-PACE formula with AWD and the turbocharged four-cylinder. It’s the most accessible way to get the styling and character, but it’s also the least powerful.
• P250 S: This trim builds on the base model with a more upscale feel and is the better value if you want the F-PACE experience without jumping into the pricier six-cylinder models.
• P340 S: This is the best-value choice if you want the strongest balance of performance and everyday usability, thanks to the mild-hybrid six-cylinder setup and quicker acceleration.
• P400 R-Dynamic: Choose this if you want more power and a more forceful driving experience than the P340 S, with the same upscale direction but stronger performance.
• P550 SVR: This is the enthusiast pick, with the supercharged V8, the most aggressive performance hardware, and the most exclusive personality in the lineup.

Safety content notes that adaptive cruise control is available on all but the SVR, so if that feature matters to you, keep that in mind while shopping.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Jaguar F-PACE?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory and deal activity to make comparison shopping worthwhile.

• Deal availability: 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 424 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.06% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 85.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $29,315, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Jaguar F-PACE's resale value?

The current average of $29,315 sits slightly below last year's $33,717.

That decline suggests the market has become more favorable for buyers, but it also means sellers may need to price more competitively to move a used example. If you’re planning to sell later, the current trend points to softer near-term resale conditions than a year ago.

Even so, the F-PACE’s distinctive styling and luxury positioning can help it stand out from more common SUVs. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2021 Jaguar F-PACE safe?

The 2021 Jaguar F-PACE does not have crash-test ratings listed in the provided data.

It earns a 4/10 safety score from our experts.

Jaguar provides a robust collection of driver-assistance systems in every 2021 F-Pace. Adaptive cruise control is available on all but the SVR, and the SUV also offers Park Assist and a Clear Exit Monitor.

There are some caveats to keep in mind: the adaptive cruise system can behave inconsistently on curving roads, and the vehicle produced inaccurate lane-departure notifications and false warnings during testing. It also does not offer lane-centering assistance for highway driving.

Should I buy a 2021 Jaguar F-PACE or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.06% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It brings a major update with a more premium interior, a new infotainment system, and new mild-hybrid six-cylinder powertrains.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $33,730, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $29,315 average.
• It carries over the updated formula with essentially no major redesign.

The bottom line: If you want the better value, the 2021 is the smarter buy because it already includes the major update and now sits at a lower average price. If you’re willing to pay more for a newer model year with the same basic formula, the 2022 is the simpler alternative.
