How much does the 2022 INFINITI Q50 cost?

Prices have softened 10.30% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 622 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 INFINITI Q50 a good car?

Generally — the 2022 INFINITI Q50 earns a 4/5 user rating, which points to solid overall appeal for shoppers who want a luxury sedan with a straightforward character and a broad set of features. The overview highlights strong engines, generous standard equipment, and competitive value, along with a well-equipped cabin and available technology. It also notes that the Q50 stayed largely unchanged as part of a long-running first generation, so you get familiarity rather than a constantly reinvented design. That makes it a sensible fit if you value power, equipment, and value more than the newest styling trends. 28.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 INFINITI Q50 reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview describes the Q50 as having a solid reputation for reliability, and its long-running, largely unchanged formula can be appealing if you prefer a proven setup. You should still expect age-related wear to matter more than headline features on a used example. For long-term ownership, the main risk is buying a car whose condition reflects its age more than its equipment list.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 INFINITI Q50?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 77.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.

Start with the history report so you can confirm accident status and spot any title or ownership issues. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a car that may have seen regular daily use. Focus on overall condition, because age and maintenance history matter more than the Q50’s feature list when you’re evaluating a used one.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 INFINITI Q50?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 28.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 622 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.30% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 77.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $25,724, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 INFINITI Q50's resale value?

The current average of $25,724 sits slightly below last year's $28,678.

That price decline suggests the Q50 has softened in the used market, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car has been maintained. If you buy well and keep the car in strong shape, you can help offset some of the market pressure from the model’s age.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 INFINITI Q50 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 28.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 77.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.30% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $20,820, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $25,724 average.
• It adds mild updates and more driver-assist tech.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $31,017, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $25,724 average.
• It brings easy-to-use technology and a stronger style-and-performance focus.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the best all-around pick if you want the strongest balance of price, inventory, and satisfaction. If your priority is saving money, the 2021 is the better value play; if you want to spend more for a newer-feeling option, the 2023 is the step up to compare.
