How much does the 2022 INFINITI Q50 cost?

Prices have softened 9.01% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 641 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 INFINITI Q50 a good car?

Generally — the 2022 INFINITI Q50 earns a 4/5 user rating, which points to a solid overall ownership experience. The overview describes it as a midsize premium sedan with a strong mix of power, equipment, and value, plus rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and more standard equipment than many rivals. It also has a clear sporty luxury identity, so it fits you best if you want a well-equipped sedan with performance leanings rather than the newest-feeling cabin or the most modern approach. The market shows 30.4% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2022 INFINITI Q50 reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview describes reliability as generally solid, which is encouraging if you want a used luxury sedan that has already proven itself over time. It also notes a few known trouble spots, including warped brakes and turbo failures on 3.0t models, so you should treat maintenance history and mechanical condition as especially important. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is manageable, but only if you verify how the car was maintained and whether any major repairs have already been addressed.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 INFINITI Q50?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should start with a history report to confirm accident status, title history, and service records before you get too far into the process. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, with extra attention to braking condition and any signs of turbo-related issues on 3.0t models. Focus on overall wear, maintenance consistency, and whether the car’s equipment and drivability match the asking price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 INFINITI Q50?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 30.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 641 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.01% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 76.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $26,016, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 INFINITI Q50's resale value?

The current average of $26,016 sits slightly below last year's $28,591.

That price movement suggests the Q50 has already absorbed some depreciation, which can help future sellers if they buy at the right price today. A lower entry cost can make it easier to hold value relative to what you paid, especially if you choose a clean, well-maintained example. Strong equipment and a sporty luxury identity can also help keep it appealing to used shoppers later on.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 INFINITI Q50 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 30.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.01% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $20,653, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $26,016 average.
• It offers a sportier feel with more emphasis on performance and design.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $31,130, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $26,016 average.
• It leans into style and performance with easy-to-use technology.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the best all-around starting point if you want a balanced mix of price, equipment, and market availability. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2021 is the better value play, while the 2023 makes sense only if you want to spend more for a newer-feeling option.
