Used 2022 Hyundai Elantra N for Sale nearHanover, PA

How much does the 2022 Hyundai Elantra N cost?

Prices have softened 1.65% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 128 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2022 Hyundai Elantra N a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Hyundai Elantra N earns a 5/5 user rating and an 8.67/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Cost effectiveness at 10/10.

Drivers consistently praise its power, value for a performance sedan, and feature content. The car also gets credit for being an exceptional buy in its class, with demand strong enough that some shoppers mention it can be hard to find.

From an expert perspective, it fits you well if you want a daily driver with serious performance intent and track capability. The main trade-offs are that all-wheel drive is not available and the clutch setup can be frustrating in the manual.

With 32.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Hyundai Elantra N reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback points to a car that feels dependable in the ways performance shoppers care about most: strong power, satisfying features, and a package that owners feel good about living with. The expert evaluation also describes it as a track-ready sports compact with daily-driver appeal, which supports the idea that it is built to handle regular use as well as spirited driving.

The performance setup includes a wet dual-clutch transmission that is described as smooth and well-matched to the car’s shift points, which is a good sign for drivability over time. If you buy used, the biggest long-term ownership risk is making sure the car was not abused, especially if it saw hard driving or track use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Hyundai Elantra N?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because performance cars can attract harder use even when they look clean on paper. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on the clutch, transmission behavior, brakes, tires, and any signs of modified or track-driven wear. You should also pay attention to cargo-area usability and interior condition, since the rear strut brace affects space.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The cabin uses leather-trimmed sport seats with microsuede inserts, a black interior theme, and a power moonroof is available. The car’s sporty design is part of the appeal, but the rear strut brace can reduce cargo usability and space.
• Powertrain: The car uses a 2.0-liter turbo-four with either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed N-tuned wet DCT. It is rated at 276 hp and 289 lb-ft of torque, with a 0-60 mph time of 5 seconds.
• Safety package: Hyundai SmartSense is standard and includes automatic emergency braking, automatic high beams, driver attention warning, forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assistance, lane-centering assistance, rear cross-traffic alert with avoidance assist, Rear Occupant Alert, and Safe Exit Warning. Reverse parking distance warning with collision avoidance is available only on Elantra Limited and N, and adaptive cruise control with stop/go is not included.
• Infotainment: The car has a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen. Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are standard, along with wireless Qi charging and three years of complimentary over-the-air updates.
• Fuel efficiency: No fuel-economy figure is stated in the provided data.

Which 2022 Hyundai Elantra N trim should I buy?

The 2022 Hyundai Elantra N is offered in 1 trim level: Elantra N.

Here's the short version:

The Elantra N is the one to buy because it already includes the full performance setup, the larger 10.25-inch screens, wireless smartphone connectivity, and the standard Hyundai SmartSense safety suite. Since there is only one trim, your decision is really about transmission choice and condition rather than equipment laddering.

The safety package is standard, but adaptive cruise control with stop/go is not included.

• Inventory: There are 128 listings available.

What is the 2022 Hyundai Elantra N's resale value?

The current average of $26,428 sits slightly below last year's $26,870.

That modest decline suggests the market has softened a bit, which can help you as a buyer today but may also mean future resale gains are limited unless demand stays strong. For a seller, the current pricing trend points to a car that is holding value reasonably well rather than dropping sharply.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

One caveat is that adaptive cruise control with stop/go is not included.

Should I buy a 2022 Hyundai Elantra N or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 32.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.65% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2022 stands out as a daily-driver performance sedan with track capability, strong handling, and excellent value for money.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of performance, value, and everyday usability, the 2022 is the right target. If you are especially price-sensitive, focus on the lowest-priced clean examples and be ready to move quickly when you find one below the low end of the range.
