That combination makes the 2022 Tahoe appealing to shoppers who want a large SUV that can tow, carry people, and offer modern convenience features without giving up traditional truck-based capability. It can seat up to nine, has plenty of cargo space behind the second row, and is described as great for towing heavy loads. The tradeoffs are familiar for a vehicle this size: thirsty V8 engines, a footprint that can be challenging in cities and on trails, and limited cargo room behind the third row.

Rides incredibly smooth- like a Lincoln town car. Also gets great fuel mileage since it’s diesel. At one point I was getting over 30mpg! Awesome as 4WD! Just wish it had ventilated seats.
