The 2022 Audi S4 brings driving excitement and refinement to a comfortable, composed executive sedan. It has seating for five people, 12 cubic feet of trunk space, and it's sure to get your heart racing on any commute.

The Audi S4 is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 that’s turbocharged and intercooled. It produces 349 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent through an eight-speed automatic transmission to Quattro all-wheel drive (AWD). This setup yields a zero to 60 mph time of 4.4 seconds, according to Audi, on the way to an electronically-limited top speed of 155 mph.

The S4 has sharp handling, and that can be enhanced with the S Sport package. This package adds a sport rear differential and adaptive dampers.

The S4 is available in Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trims. The base Premium trim comes equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels, Matrix-design LED headlights, combination leather and Alcantara upholstery, and a 10.1-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay.

The Premium Plus trim adds Audi’s virtual cockpit, which replaces the conventional instrument panel with a 12.3-inch digital screen. The Premium Plus also adds wireless charging and a 360-degree camera system. The range-topping Prestige adds a parking assistant, a head-up display, navigation, and a Bang & Olufsen premium stereo system. The Prestige also adds startup and shutdown animation for the LED headlights and taillights.

The S4 comes standard with forward-collision avoidance and automatic emergency braking. Available driver-assistance features include adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.

The 2022 Audi S4 has a base MSRP of $50,895. It returns fuel economy of 20 mpg city, 27 mpg highway, and 23 mpg combined. The S4 is backed by a four-year/50,000-mile basic and powertrain warranty, plus a year or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first) of complimentary maintenance.
