Got back to me quickly. I have not made a purchase yet but Midway is on the short list.

Barely negotiated price, didn't update me on any stages of registering the vehicle over the course of almost 3 weeks, I HAD TO CHASE THEM FOR ANSWERS, promised dealer plates to atleast use the car after purchase and never got them, In the end I cancelled my purchase and took the hit to my credit. Over all very nice people but LAZY AND INCOMPETENT.

Responded back saying it was available then 2 hours later said they sent it to auction

North Bay is an outstanding dealer of previously owned/leased luxury vehicles. I purchased a vehicle, sight unseen, negotiated a price, and had it shipped to South Florida. Everyone was highly professional, responsive, and delivered on all promises. I got a gorgeous convertible at a good price that is immaculately detailed, both mechanically, as well as the vehicle itself, inside and out. I highly recommend these folks, and will be a repeat customer.

My review is only based on a phone conversation with the dealer. They were courteous and took time to explain details I was interested in. What really surprised me, was that they would not offer a test drive of a car, unless I specifically stated I wanted to buy it. You know - virus precautions, but they would gladly let me sit in the car to get a feel of it. Didn’t make too much sense to me, but overall they seemed as good guys to do business with.

North Bay Imports treated me very well, I would definitely buy from them again.

Very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I was coming from out of state to check out a car and they had everything ready and prepped for me. They even brought it into the service station so I could check out the car from underneath. Very happy!

The truck I wanted was already sold when I got to the lot but Gary showed me around their extensive used ram inventory. I test drove every model to see which one fit me best. I ended up buying a truck that day! Thank you Gary

I first called expressing my interest in one of the vehicle, and we negotiated then I purchased. Their prices are fair, and I definitely suggest them. Overall great customer service experience.

Like the review below, only a man named Ronnie saved me from driving 40 minutes to have my trade in appraised and a test drive. They were going to try and bait and switch me, multiple people contacting me, just how the dealer hustle works. All someone had to do was BE HONEST, tell me the car was sold. As many reviews below state, that is not how these people do business. John Mc Carthy please save your B.S. response.

Lots of communication through emails with two reps, but no deal was made in the end. I was invited to test drive the vehicle, but when I contacted them the next day to make an appointment, I was told that the car had been “recently sold”. Hmmmmm. The 2 stars are basically for their timely responses and polite emails, otherwise I’m all set with this dealership.

After going to multiple dealerships and not always being treated with respect or kindness (assuming because I was pre-approved from my bank so I did not need outside financing) I found the perfect car here and Phil P was awesome, he was kind and so helpful. I want to thank Phil and the rest of the staff for their kindness and willingness for a seamless transaction!

Dealer rep contacted me but the car was sold before I could get there to see it. They were very courteous and responded quickly.

Only interested in getting me into,the showroom. I asked for information in order to decide if the car was what I wanted. Nothing. Contacted by the manager as a follow up. Described the experience. No,response.. form your own conclusion

Very accomadating

I wasted three days with these people and ended up leaving after they hit my credit with 9 hard inquiries. Getting any information was like pulling teeth. They had horrible communication and honestly didn't seem like they wanted to deal with me. I found a much better deal with much better people elsewhere.

Email response was great - Setup the test drive and remained in constant contact with 2 of their reps. Setup the arrival and appointment for Friday afternoon. Drove 2 hours to test drive it and it was sold.

Tentative but not annoying

Poor communication. Had I not confirmed appointment I had made to see a vehicle, I would of driven to the dealership and found out it was under agreement.
