Accident-free inventory is solid at 79% — always verify the vehicle history report.

The current average of $29,494 sits slightly below last year's $34,419.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy with less risk of immediate overpaying. If you plan to sell later, the softer current pricing may limit near-term upside, but it can also make the vehicle easier to move if you buy well.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.67/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Ford Transit Passenger or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 79% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.31% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest balance of current pricing, inventory depth, and owner satisfaction, the 2021 is the primary year to target. If you’re especially price-sensitive, compare it against nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-maintained example rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
