Love all its user friendly features. Wanted a vehicle that was easy to transport dogs in and the fold down configuration of seats in the touring model was perfect for me. But it’s also a surprising pleasure to drive and park. Who knew I’d be a mini van fan ; )

Electronics are terrible. Hard to figure out and go out often. Back tailgate opens when driver door is closed sometimes. CarPlay is unreliable. Chrysler tried to go high tech and in Chrysler style has failed.

Vehicle as a whole is fine. But good luck finding a used one that wasn’t a rental or that had been smoked in. Add Chrysler’s already questionable reliability to a former rental car and you are asking for trouble.
