Shopping online is pretty convenient, but it is also a big pain in the butt when 2 salesman tell you 2 different things, don't know anything about the car they're trying to sell and then stop responding to your emails

their Manager told me I was looking for a “Unicorn” when I told them how much I could afford to pay and the research I made on purchasing a truck. Their sales person Ben Richard was a great sales man though! Oh and by the way i’ve Found my unicorn!!

After dealer responded saying the vehicle was available, I asked to make sure it still was before I made the 120 mile round trip to the dealership to see, drive and would’ve probably purchased the vehicle. Get a text the following day saying it had been sold

Got one call. Talked very little. Although the guy was very nice, he never called back to confirm anything or give an update. I tried to bring up an issue that I felt needed to be brought up about the wear and tear on the car and never heard back.

The sales rep did not disclose this Jeep had different brand mismatched tires. He said he would correct in person and later called relaying the manager said no. Sales team tried to compensate by saying they replaced the Jeep’s cracked windshield which by law they were obligated to do anyway.
