Used 2020 Toyota Sienna for Sale nearColumbus, OH

How much does the 2020 Toyota Sienna cost?

Prices have softened 7.85% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,107 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2020 Toyota Sienna a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Toyota Sienna earns a 4.71/5 user rating and a 7.83/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Form and function, Technology, and Safety.

Drivers consistently praise the smooth driving experience, comfort, and spacious cargo area. The feedback also points to strong safety features and reliability, which helps explain the high satisfaction score.

On the downside, the expert review calls out poor ergonomic design and twitchy steering. That means you get a highly practical family vehicle, but one that asks you to accept some dated controls and a less polished driving feel.

For shoppers who want a roomy, confidence-inspiring minivan rather than something flashy, the Sienna fits the brief well. It also has 33.8% good or great deals in the market, which suggests there are still worthwhile listings to find.

Is the 2020 Toyota Sienna reliable?

Owners rate it 4.71/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback highlights reliability, comfort, and a trouble-free feel, with many drivers saying they feel good about the Sienna for everyday family use. The expert review also emphasizes that the Sienna is built for practical, dependable transportation and that its standard safety tech supports confidence over the long haul.

You should still pay close attention to maintenance records and overall condition, because used minivans often see heavy family-duty use and wear.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Toyota Sienna?

At 69.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and then prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Focus on signs of body repair, uneven tire wear, interior wear from family use, and any evidence that the sliding doors, electronics, or safety systems have been stressed.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base L comes with a 7-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, WiFi hotspot, Apple CarPlay, and basic family-friendly equipment, while the LE adds dual power sliding doors, roof rails, easy-clean upholstery, and manual second- and third-row sunshades. The SE is the best-value trim because it adds a power rear liftgate, heated front seats, leather upholstery, and sportier visual touches that improve day-to-day convenience.
• Powertrain: Every trim uses a 3.5-liter V6 with 296 horsepower and 263 pound-feet of torque paired with an 8-speed automatic. Front-wheel drive is standard, and AWD is available on all trims except the base L; AWD versions are limited to the 7-passenger layout.
• Safety package: Toyota Safety Sense P includes lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, forward-collision warning and avoidance with pedestrian detection, dynamic cruise control, and automatic high beams. Blind-spot monitoring is optional on lower trims and standard on XLE and Limited.
• Infotainment: You get a 7-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Amazon Alexa, Bluetooth, five USB ports, and a WiFi hotspot. The screen size stays the same across the lineup, and higher trims add features such as navigation, premium audio, and rear-seat entertainment.
• Fuel efficiency: FWD versions return 19 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 21 mpg combined. AWD versions return 18 mpg city, 24 mpg highway, and 20 mpg combined.

Which 2020 Toyota Sienna trim should I buy?

The 2020 Toyota Sienna is offered in 8 trim levels: L, LE, SE, SE Premium, XLE, XLE Premium, Limited, and Limited Premium.

Here's the short version:

• L: This is the entry point, and it already gives you a 7-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, WiFi hotspot, and a useful set of family basics. Buy this only if price matters most and you can live without the convenience upgrades found higher up.
• LE: This is the trim that makes the Sienna feel more family-ready, thanks to dual power sliding doors, easy-clean upholstery, roof rails, and manual sunshades. It is a smart step up if you want everyday convenience without jumping too far in price.
• SE: This is the best-value trim because it adds the power rear liftgate, heated front seats, leather upholstery, fog lights, and sportier styling. If you want the most useful mix of comfort and convenience, this is the one to target.
• SE Premium: This trim builds on the SE with a power moonroof, DVD entertainment system, EasySpeak intercom, and additional visual upgrades. It suits you if rear-seat entertainment and extra comfort features matter more than keeping costs down.
• XLE: This trim adds leather-trimmed seating, heated front seats, an upgraded instrument panel, woodgrain accents, and one-touch power windows. It is a good fit if you want a more upscale cabin without going all the way to the top.
• XLE Premium: This trim layers on more luxury-oriented equipment and is the point where the Sienna starts to feel especially well appointed. It makes sense if you want a richer feature set and plan to keep the van for a while.
• Limited: This trim brings leather front seats, leatherette second- and third-row seats, a heated leather-trimmed steering wheel, JBL premium audio, and navigation. It is the right choice if you want the most polished everyday experience.
• Limited Premium: This is the most fully equipped version, adding the DVD entertainment system, HID headlights, and rain-sensing windshield wipers. Choose it if you want the most features and do not mind paying for them.

Blind-spot monitoring is optional on lower trims and standard on XLE and Limited.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Toyota Sienna?

The market looks moderate for selective buyers, with enough inventory and deal activity to reward careful shopping.

• Deal availability: 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,107 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.85% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 69.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $26,402, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Toyota Sienna's resale value?

The current average of $26,402 sits slightly below last year's $28,650.

That decline suggests the Sienna has become more affordable for buyers, which can make it easier to move later if you price it competitively. For a future seller, the current trend means you should expect a softer market than last year, especially if your van has higher mileage or visible wear.

Even so, the Sienna’s strong reputation for family usefulness and owner satisfaction helps support demand. Well-kept examples with desirable equipment should still hold appeal better than less versatile alternatives.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.71/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2020 Toyota Sienna safe?

The 2020 Toyota Sienna earns five-star ratings from NHTSA and a Good score from IIHS in many areas, including side crash, rollover crash, and moderate front overlap crash.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota Safety Sense P comes standard and includes lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, forward-collision warning and avoidance with pedestrian detection, dynamic cruise control, and automatic high beams. Blind-spot monitoring is optional on lower trims and standard on XLE and Limited.

One caveat is the Sienna’s twitchy steering, which can make lane discipline more demanding at higher speeds. The standard driver-assistance suite helps offset that concern, but you should still pay attention during a test drive.

Should I buy a 2020 Toyota Sienna or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 69.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.85% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.71/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It stands out as the only minivan with available all-wheel drive, which is a major advantage for some buyers.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $34,681, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $26,402 average.
• It brings a major redesign with a standard hybrid powertrain.

The bottom line: If you want the lower purchase price and the unique availability of AWD, the 2020 is the better value play. If you care more about newer design and efficiency, the 2021 is the stronger long-term alternative, but you will pay more for it. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2020 remains the smarter path.
