Used 2020 Lincoln Navigator for Sale nearAtlanta, GA

How much does the 2020 Lincoln Navigator cost?

Prices have softened 14.16% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

With 931 listings available, you have a decent amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2020 Lincoln Navigator a good car?

Yes — you’re looking at a model with a 5/5 user rating and an 8.17/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Safety.

Owners consistently praise the spacious and comfortable interior, the smooth ride, and the high-quality technology. The Navigator also gets credit for its large size and comfortable third-row seating, which makes it appealing if you want a full-size luxury SUV that feels genuinely roomy.

The trade-offs are clear: poor fuel economy and a powertrain that may be more engine than some buyers need. In use-case terms, this is a strong fit if you want a big, comfortable, upscale SUV with presence and passenger space.

Good and great deals account for 34.5% of listings, so there are still some attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2020 Lincoln Navigator reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback points to a dependable-feeling ownership experience, with repeated praise for the Navigator’s comfortable cabin, smooth ride, and high-quality technology. That kind of consistency matters when you’re shopping used, because it suggests owners feel confident living with the vehicle over time.

The expert evaluation also emphasizes Lincoln’s customer-care approach and ownership perks, which can make the experience feel more supported. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a luxury SUV this large and complex can be costly to keep in top shape if it hasn’t been maintained carefully.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Lincoln Navigator?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 76% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because a clean listing percentage doesn’t replace a proper records review. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on the suspension, electronics, and any signs of heavy use, especially if the SUV has been used for towing or frequent city driving. Condition matters a lot here because this is a large, high-feature luxury SUV where repairs can add up quickly.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The standard Navigator, Navigator Reserve, and Navigator Black Label are explicitly named. Reserve adds more luxury equipment, while Black Label brings the highest-end ownership experience and extra perks.
• Powertrain: You get a single twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 with 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, with four-wheel drive available, and the SUV is strongest on open roads.
• Safety package: Lincoln Co-Pilot360 is standard and includes forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assistance, blind-spot warning with trailer coverage, rear cross-traffic warning, and automatic high beams. Reserve trim adds adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go.
• Infotainment: The Navigator uses a 10-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Lincoln Connect with a 4G LTE WiFi hotspot, 911 Assist, Lincoln Way app support, wireless device charging, and Phone As A Key. The system is functional, but response time can be slow.
• Fuel efficiency: The SUV averaged 16.4 mpg on the testing loop, and the EPA says to expect 18 mpg in combined driving.

Which 2020 Lincoln Navigator trim should I buy?

The 2020 Lincoln Navigator is offered in 3 trim levels: Navigator, Navigator Reserve, and Navigator Black Label.

Here's the short version:

• Navigator: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core Navigator experience: big luxury-SUV space, the twin-turbo V6, and standard Lincoln Co-Pilot360 safety equipment. It makes sense if you want the Navigator’s size and comfort without chasing extras.
• Navigator Reserve: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds more luxury content and, importantly, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go. If you want the sweet spot between equipment and price, this is the one to focus on.
• Navigator Black Label: Choose this if you want the most upscale ownership experience and the extra perks that come with Lincoln’s top-tier treatment. It’s the trim for buyers who want the Navigator at its most indulgent.

Safety-package trim note: adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go is standard on Reserve trim.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Lincoln Navigator?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 931 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.16% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 76.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $33,629, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Lincoln Navigator's resale value?

The current average of $33,629 sits slightly below last year's $39,176.

That price drop suggests the market has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future sellers if they buy at the right price now. If you purchase near the lower end of the current range, you may have a better chance of limiting your loss when it’s time to sell.

The Navigator’s strong appeal as a spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped luxury SUV should help keep buyer interest steady. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2020 Lincoln Navigator safe?

The 2020 Lincoln Navigator earns a five-star overall safety rating from NHTSA.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Lincoln Co-Pilot360 is standard, and it includes forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assistance, blind-spot warning with trailer coverage, rear cross-traffic warning, and automatic high-beam headlights. Reserve trim adds adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability.

One caveat is that the NHTSA says rollover resistance is just three stars with rear-wheel drive. The IIHS has not tested this model year.

Should I buy a 2020 Lincoln Navigator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 76% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.16% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It combines flagship comfort, strong towing ability, and Lincoln’s quiet-luxury focus.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $37,530, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $33,629 average.
• It adds a more luxury-apartment feel with comfier seating and a quieter cabin.

The bottom line: If you want the better value, the 2020 is the smarter buy because prices are softer and the market still offers decent deal availability. If you’re willing to pay more for a slightly more polished-feeling cabin, the 2021 is the secondary path to consider.
