Is the 2020 INFINITI QX60 a good car?

Yes — the 2020 INFINITI QX60 earns a 4.73/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its luxury feel, comfortable ride, and ample space for families, and they also call out its value for money and useful safety and convenience features. That fits especially well if you want a family-focused three-row SUV with a comfort-first personality and generous cabin room. With 35.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 INFINITI QX60 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.73/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback also emphasizes a comfortable, dependable-feeling experience, with many drivers highlighting the QX60’s family-friendly practicality and value. The same reviews suggest it can be a trouble-free choice when maintained well, especially if you prioritize comfort and space over sporty driving. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the vehicle has been cared for consistently, since a luxury SUV with a CVT and higher-mileage history deserves careful vetting.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 INFINITI QX60?

At 60.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can confirm accident records, title status, and ownership patterns before you commit. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, with extra attention to body condition, signs of prior repair, and how the vehicle drives and shifts. Because this model is valued for comfort and family use, you should focus on overall condition and maintenance quality rather than just features on the window sticker.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 INFINITI QX60?

This is a moderate market, so you can buy now if the right listing appears, but it still pays to be selective.

• Deal availability: 35.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 730 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.45% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 60.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $17,248, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 INFINITI QX60's resale value?

The current average of $17,248 sits slightly below last year's $19,928.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the vehicle easier to buy now but may also limit near-term upside for a future seller. If you plan to resell later, your best protection is to buy a clean, well-kept example at a strong price and preserve its condition. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.73/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 INFINITI QX60 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 35.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 60.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.45% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.73/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2020 if you want the strongest mix of current pricing, owner satisfaction, and family-friendly utility in this generation. If you're especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2020 is the better starting point when you want a comfortable, well-liked three-row luxury SUV and can find a clean example at a competitive price.
