Is the 2020 INFINITI QX60 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.7/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owners describe it as comfortable, dependable, and well suited to family use, with many highlighting the value of its features and safety equipment. That kind of feedback suggests the QX60 can be a reassuring choice if you want a used SUV you can count on for everyday duties. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the vehicle has been maintained carefully and checked thoroughly before you commit.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 INFINITI QX60?

At 61.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can confirm accident records, title status, and ownership history before you move forward. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, with extra attention on overall condition, signs of prior repair, and how well the cabin and technology systems have held up. Because this model is valued for comfort and family use, you’ll want to focus on whether the interior, safety equipment, and mechanical condition still match that reputation.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 INFINITI QX60?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 35.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 744 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.36% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 61.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $17,191, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 INFINITI QX60's resale value?

The current average of $17,191 sits slightly below last year's $19,615.

That price movement suggests the model has softened, which can help you as a buyer today but may limit upside if you plan to sell soon. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you can reduce the impact of that depreciation. Demand should remain supported by the QX60’s family-friendly layout and comfort-focused appeal.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 INFINITI QX60 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 35.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 61.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.36% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should focus on the 2020 if you want the strongest mix of current pricing, owner satisfaction, and family-friendly utility. If you’re especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2020 stands out as the better all-around target when you want a comfortable three-row luxury SUV with solid market value.
