Used 2020 Chevrolet Traverse for Sale nearJacksonville, FL

How much does the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse cost?

Prices have softened 15.66% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,592 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse a good car?

Yes — the 4.93/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the Traverse for its spacious interior, smooth ride, and powerful performance, and many also like its comfort and handling in challenging weather. That fits well if you want a family-focused three-row SUV with easy-to-use tech and everyday practicality. With 33.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse reliable?

Owners rate it 4.93/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback highlights a dependable-feeling ownership experience, with praise centered on comfort, smooth driving, and trouble-free everyday use. The main caution from shoppers is that some listings may have body damage, so condition matters as much as mileage here. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is best managed by checking each vehicle’s history and current condition carefully.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Chevrolet Traverse?

At 66.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

Start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from those with prior damage or repairs. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the listing price looks unusually attractive. Focus on body condition, signs of past repair, and how well the interior and mechanical systems have been maintained.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Traverse?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on standout listings.

• Deal availability: 33.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,592 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.66% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 66.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $18,960, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse's resale value?

The current average of $18,960 sits slightly below last year's $22,482.

That price movement suggests the model has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future resale stability if you buy at the right number. For a future seller, that means your best outcome will likely come from choosing a clean, well-kept example and avoiding overpaying today. Strong condition and a good ownership record matter more when the market has already softened.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.93/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 66.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.66% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.93/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $21,128, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $18,960 average.
• It adds a wider trim spread and updated connectivity.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2020 is the stronger starting point because pricing has eased and owner satisfaction is high. If you’re willing to pay more for a newer model year and a broader trim lineup, the 2021 is the better secondary path.
