No communication whatsoever. I took a trip from Philadelphia VA to Illinois to see this truck after I fill out the application online there was no communication, three days later the truck was sold.

They priced this vehicle incorrectly 10k below the actual price. It was a demo vehicle though. When I drove 200 miles to see the vehicle, they told the vehicle was not there. It could be a cheap marketing and sales strategy to make you drive to their dealership, and then market with the cars they have.

Rizza Dealership, gave me outstanding service, they completely took care of everything that was imaginable even more! The purchasing of my new Buick Enclave from them was work out with the best, Representatives and Manager.

Took forever to send pics of car. Finally sent them after asking for a week hundreds of excuses. Then they called and made an appointment for test drive and called and said they sold it.to not bother coming in. Then called next day and said they didn't sell it so I was coming for a test drive next day and they called AGAIN stating they sold it.

Salesman was awesome!! The dealer doesn't negotiate the price at all! Truck was overpriced to begin with and they wouldn't lower it. Currently purchasing a suburban from another dealer who did negotiate!! Very disappointed with Apple because i bought a car from them before and was a returning customer but I won't anymore!!

No pictures and want u to come to dealership. I went and guess what car just sold 45 mins away. Smdh. Beware

Worked with John Stinson to purchase a Highlander I found online. Since I was four hours away, John sent me photos of any scratches/ scuffs and worked with me to get the vehicle at an even fairer price. Drove down and there were no surprises. John’s a genuine sales person who gets customer service. Highly recommend working with John.

Still haven't decided what to do. Felt very good about the dealership, but still trying to make up my mind about getting a Canyon or full size.

This is a good dealership to work with. The staff is friendly and accommodating during these pandemic times. Brandon reached out to us, answered questions we had about the vehicle. I was contacted the next day and told the car was in transit and was about 2 weeks out for delivery. I would be contacted when it came in.

Went to look at it and management are using it to drive around to different dealerships. Oh well not interested now.

The internet manager, Taylor, called me immediately after I contacted them. I then received a call from Dylan, the sales representative. I set up an apt. for the next day and filled out the necessary paper work for a purchase. The service was great and everything went smoothly.
