Is the 2020 Buick Enclave a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Buick Enclave earns a 4.71/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise the comfort, spacious interior, smooth ride, and overall value, and those strengths line up well with its role as a roomy three-row SUV for families who want a more upscale feel. With 33.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 Buick Enclave reliable?

Owners rate it 4.71/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle that many drivers find comfortable, dependable, and easy to live with over time. The repeated praise for smooth operation, spaciousness, and value suggests this is a model many owners feel confident keeping for the long haul. For used buyers, that kind of satisfaction can reduce ownership risk, though condition and maintenance history still matter.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Buick Enclave?

At 71.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from those with prior damage. After that, prioritize a thorough inspection of body panels, paint consistency, interior wear, and any signs of uneven repair work. Because this model is often bought for comfort and family use, focus on overall condition and how well the vehicle has been maintained.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Buick Enclave?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,340 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.18% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 71.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,550, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Buick Enclave's resale value?

The current average of $19,550 sits slightly below last year's $22,260.

That decline suggests the market has become more favorable for buyers, but it also means a future seller may face some price pressure if values continue to soften. If you buy at the current average or below, you may have less downside risk than someone who paid closer to last year's level. Strong demand for a comfortable, well-equipped three-row SUV can still help support value, especially for clean, well-kept examples.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.71/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 71.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.18% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.71/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $23,000, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $19,550 average.
• It adds a more stylish, upscale presence with a roomier, quieter feel.

The bottom line: You should start with the 2020 if you want the better value and a wider set of deals to choose from. If you can stretch your budget and want a newer model with a more upscale presentation, the 2021 is the better secondary path. For most price-sensitive buyers, the 2020 is the smarter buy.
