The second-generation Buick Enclave debuted in 2018. The 2020 model brings key styling and technology improvements.
The Enclave is classified as a large premium crossover that seats up to 7 people. Second-row passengers are treated to a pair of captain’s chairs that fold, slide, and recline for maximum versatility. It includes 23.6 cubic feet of cargo space behind the split-folding second row. That figure increases to 97.6 cubic feet with both rear rows folded.
All Enclaves come with a 3.6-liter V6 that makes 310 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque and pairs with a 9-speed automatic. Front-wheel drive (FWD) comes standard, but an intelligent all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup is available. The Enclave achieves fuel-economy ratings of 18 mpg city, 26 highway, and 21 combined with FWD. With AWD, fuel economy drops to 17, 25, and 20.
Buick offers the Enclave in Preferred, Essence, Premium, and Avenir grades. The Preferred trim comes standard with a new 8-inch infotainment system, 18-inch wheels, keyless access, push-button start, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, 6 USB ports, 4G LTE hotspot capability, active noise cancellation, heated front seats, and an 8-way power driver’s seat. For 2020, a new Sport Touring package is available for the Essence trim. It replaces chrome with body-colored and dark grey accents, while Premium and Avenir trims now come with a standard massage feature for the front seats. Finally, you can select from three new exterior colors: Champagne Gold Metallic, Rich Garnet Metallic, and Dark Moon Blue Metallic.
As far as safety goes, the Enclave’s standard level of equipment includes a reversing camera, rear parking sensors, and lane-change alert. You can add options like a high-definition surround-view system, blind-spot monitoring, forward-collision alert, and adaptive cruise control. The Enclave achieved the highest overall rating of 5 stars from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
The Buick Enclave remains a competent premium crossover for those with plenty of passengers and cargo. It competes with other 3-row SUVs like the Acura MDX and Volvo XC90.

The 2020 Buick Enclave Essence has all of the features that I wanted or needed. I compared the advertised price with dealers that had comparable 2020 Enclave Essence with low mileage and equipement within a 500 mile radius of my zip code. All of the dealers asking price were within a few hundred dollars of each other. Because of the vehicle price, I felt that the 2020 Buick Enclave Essence was a good value. As far as anything missing, I have no complaints. It has everything I need in a vehicle. I can not compare it to any other models because I wasnt interested in any other models. Vehicle has damage to front driver’s side bumper. Bumper pulling away from vehicle body with large scrapes down the side. Drives well clean interior. Not priced well for the vehicle damage but overall appears to be a good vehicle. Could easily buy a new vehicle with similar features for the same price. May 01, 2021

my car is fully loaded and I have 104,000 miles My only problem is
I have replaced one front end bushing and replaced the tires. other then
those expenses my only expenses have been Oil changes and Gasoline.
I have been religious about oil changes and rotating the tires. Love my car! I love and would recommend the Buick Enclave as this is my second one, getting ready for my third. You wont be disappointed.Feb 03, 2021

We traded a 2011 Enclave CXL. This console between the front seats is much larger and not really a good thing. Drives nice and rides as nice as the old one but not real pleased yet with the automatic on-off of the engine at stoplights. Still learning the locations of everything like the windshield wipers on and off. Otherwise still a great car and like the ride better than my husbands Cadillac XTSOct 22, 2020

click-click engine sound in new 2020 Buick Enclave
I have a new 2020 Buick Enclave (less than 2,000 miles) which has a click-click sound coming from the engine--top left --driver's side. The dealership says it's the high pressure fuel pump. They replaced the original pump but did not help. The sound does not begin until just after the engine begins to get tempature. Once the sound begins and stays throughout running.
