Is the 2019 Buick Enclave reliable?

Owners rate it 4.4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience for many drivers, with praise centered on comfort, smooth driving, and a vehicle that meets expectations. That kind of response suggests you can count on it for everyday family use if the specific example has been maintained well. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s appeal and more about how carefully a given vehicle was cared for before you buy it.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Buick Enclave?

At 65.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can confirm accident records, title status, and ownership history before you get too far into negotiations. A pre-purchase inspection should be a priority, especially if you’re comparing multiple listings with similar prices. Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and signs of prior repair work so you can separate a clean, well-kept SUV from one that may carry hidden costs.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Buick Enclave?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Inventory: There are 1,318 listings available.

What is the 2019 Buick Enclave's resale value?

The current average of $16,877 sits slightly below last year's $19,072.

That price movement suggests the model has softened, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For future resale, a lower purchase price can reduce your depreciation exposure if you plan to keep the vehicle for several years. Strong condition and clean history will matter most when it comes time to sell, especially in a market where shoppers are comparing many similar family SUVs.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 31.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 65.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.51% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $15,855, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $16,877 average.
• The 2018 brings a redesigned look with more space and a quieter cabin.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market balance of price, satisfaction, and inventory, the 2019 is the better starting point. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2018 is the more budget-friendly alternative and still gives you many of the same core strengths.
