Used 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia for Sale nearRaleigh, NC

How much does the 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia cost?

Prices have softened 12.75% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 231 listings available, which suggests you have some room to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia a good car?

Generally — the 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia earns a 4.43/5 user rating and a 7.67/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Performance and Safety.

Owners consistently praise its striking design, exceptional handling, and enjoyable ride-and-performance balance. The Giulia also stands out as a performance luxury sedan that feels special if you care more about road feel than blending in.

The trade-offs are clear: the touchscreen response is sluggish, and the cabin does not feel as upscale as some rivals. It is also a cramped choice if you need back-seat space.

With 35.9% of listings priced as good or great deals, there is still enough market activity to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia reliable?

Owners rate it 4.43/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback points to a car that can be dependable in the ways that matter to enthusiasts: it is praised for being enjoyable to live with over time, and many owners value its strong driving character enough to stick with it. At the same time, reliability concerns do show up in the ownership conversation, especially around battery life and coolant leaks.

The performance notes also suggest a powertrain that comes alive once it is in the right rev range, which is encouraging for durability-minded shoppers who want a car that still feels strong after regular use. If you are buying used, long-term ownership risk is worth taking seriously, so a careful inspection and maintenance review matter.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia?

At 69.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a full vehicle history report and then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has had prior bodywork or multiple owners. Focus on condition, maintenance records, and any signs of electrical or cooling-system issues before you commit.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Base trim includes leather upholstery, 10-way power-adjustable front seats, push-button start, remote start, a full suite of driver assistance features, and an 8.8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, SiriusXM satellite radio, and a built-in WiFi hotspot. Available driver-assistance features include blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, forward collision avoidance, lane-departure warning, driver attention alert, and traffic sign recognition. Some safety features are not standard on every trim, so verify the exact equipment on the listing you are considering.

Which 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia trim should I buy?

The 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia is offered in 7 trim levels: Base, Sport, Ti, Ti Lusso, Ti Sport, Ti Sport Carbon, and Quadrifoglio.

Here's the short version:

• Base: This is the entry point, but it still brings leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats, remote start, and the updated 8.8-inch touchscreen with smartphone integration. It makes sense if you want the Giulia experience without chasing extra appearance or comfort upgrades.
• Sport: This trim adds 18-inch Sport aluminum wheels with red calipers, Alfa Romeo script, an upgraded sport front fascia, and a rear diffuser. Choose it if you want a more aggressive look without moving too far up the price ladder.
• Ti: Ti adds heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, genuine dark gray oak interior, and bright metal door sills. It is the sensible step up if you want more everyday comfort.
• Ti Lusso: This trim focuses on cabin upgrades, including a leather-wrapped dash, luxury leather Cannelloni design 12-way power front seats, a luxury steering wheel, and upgraded interior trim. It is the best fit if you care most about making the cabin feel more upscale.
• Ti Sport: Ti Sport adds unique 19-inch wheels, aluminum trim, aluminum sport pedals, and steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters. It is the pick for buyers who want a more driver-focused feel and a stronger visual edge.
• Ti Sport Carbon: This trim is named in the lineup, but the provided details do not spell out its unique equipment here, so you should verify the exact feature set on any listing.
• Quadrifoglio: This is the high-performance model, and it is the one to choose if outright performance matters most.

The safety package includes a full assortment of airbags and a broad set of available driver-assistance features, but some items are not standard across the lineup.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia?

This is a moderate, selective-buyer market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient.

• Deal availability: 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 231 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.75% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 69.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $17,644, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia's resale value?

The current average of $17,644 sits slightly below last year's $20,222.

That price drop suggests the Giulia has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future sellers if they buy at the right number. If you purchase near the current average or below it, you may have less downside left than a shopper who paid closer to the original market peak.

The flip side is that resale strength will still depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history. A clean, well-kept example should be easier to move later than one with unresolved issues or accident history.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.43/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia safe?

The 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

The Giulia comes standard with a full assortment of front- and side-impact airbags, traction control, hill start assist, and a tire pressure monitoring system. Available driver-assistance features include blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, forward collision avoidance, lane-departure warning, driver attention alert, and traffic sign recognition.

One caveat is that the lane-departure system is described as extremely sensitive, which can make it annoying in everyday driving. The backup camera is also described as low-quality, so you should test the camera and driver-assistance behavior during a test drive.

Should I buy a 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 69.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.75% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.43/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
• The 2020 adds an updated infotainment system and additional safety features.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $20,083, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $17,644 average.
• It adds a couple of new standard features in top-tier trims.

The bottom line: If you want the better value, the 2020 is the stronger starting point because it combines lower pricing with meaningful updates. If you are willing to pay more for a newer model year, the 2021 is the cleaner alternative, but price-sensitive buyers should focus on the 2020 and shop carefully for condition.
