Used 2019 Subaru Impreza for Sale nearBuffalo, NY

How much does the 2019 Subaru Impreza cost?

Prices have softened 3.33% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 934 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2019 Subaru Impreza a good car?

Yes — 4.67/5 is a strong user rating for this model year. The overview describes it as a practical all-weather compact car with standard all-wheel drive, everyday usability, and a balance of serious performance with day-to-day practicality. It is also framed as affordable and practical fun, which makes it appealing if you want traction and utility without giving up basic commuting comfort. 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there is still meaningful value in the market.

Is the 2019 Subaru Impreza reliable?

Owners rate it 4.67/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview points to a straightforward ownership experience centered on practicality and all-weather confidence, which is part of the car’s appeal. At the same time, it also notes that many examples have been heavily used, abused, or modified, so condition matters a lot when you shop used.

For long-term ownership, your biggest risk is buying a car whose history or maintenance has been compromised by hard use rather than the model itself.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Subaru Impreza?

At 64.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has been modified or shows signs of heavy use. Focus on overall condition, maintenance consistency, and whether the car still feels tight and composed in everyday driving. Because this model is often chosen for practicality and all-weather use, you want to make sure those strengths have not been worn down by abuse or neglect.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Subaru Impreza?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value.

• Deal availability: 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 934 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.33% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 64.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $13,895, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Subaru Impreza's resale value?

The current average of $14,509 sits slightly below last year's $15,009.

That softer pricing suggests the market has become a bit more buyer-friendly, which can also shape what you should expect if you sell later. If prices remain stable or continue to ease, your resale upside may be more limited than in a stronger market. On the other hand, a car with broad practical appeal and standard all-wheel drive can still attract steady interest from shoppers who value utility and traction.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.67/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Subaru Impreza or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 64.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.33% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 is a strong choice if you want standard all-wheel drive, practical daily usability, and a used-car market that still offers some negotiating room. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-maintained example rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
