Is the 2019 Nissan Titan a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Nissan Titan earns a 4.75/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners repeatedly praise its power and smooth ride, and they also value the abundant storage and towing capability. That makes it a good fit if you want a full-size pickup that leans toward strength, comfort, and practical hauling rather than maximum configurability. With 30.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Nissan Titan reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Reviewers describe it as dependable for performance, towing, and everyday use, and several comments point to a truck you can count on for hauling and comfort. The same feedback also suggests that long-term ownership risk is more about choosing a well-kept example than worrying about broad reliability concerns.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Nissan Titan?

At 62.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any prior damage was repaired properly. Put inspection priority on body panels, frame areas, and signs of uneven wear, then make sure the truck’s condition matches its asking price. Because this model is often bought for towing and daily work, focus on maintenance records and signs of hard use.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Nissan Titan?

This is a moderate buyer’s market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 876 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.29% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 62.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $24,396, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Nissan Titan's resale value?

The current average of $24,412 sits slightly below last year's $26,618.

That price movement suggests the Titan has already absorbed some depreciation, which can help future sellers if they buy at the right price today. A lower entry cost can reduce the amount of value left to lose over time, especially if you choose a clean, well-maintained truck. Strong demand for a comfortable, capable full-size pickup can also help support resale when the truck is presented well.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Nissan Titan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 62.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.29% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $26,322, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $24,412 average.
• It adds major gains in technology, safety, and overall value.

The bottom line: If you want the better value today, the 2019 is the smarter starting point because prices are lower and deal availability is decent. If you can stretch for a newer truck and want the stronger tech-and-safety package, the 2020 is the better secondary path.
