Used 2019 Chevrolet Impala for Sale nearBloomfield, CT

How much does the 2019 Chevrolet Impala cost?

Prices have softened 9.96% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 524 listings available, which suggests you have a decent amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Impala a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Chevrolet Impala earns a 4.77/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its great value, spacious interior, strong performance, and smooth ride, and they also appreciate the safety features and easy-to-use tech. For you, that makes it a strong fit if you want a roomy full-size sedan with a comfortable, straightforward driving experience. With 28.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, there are still some attractive opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Impala reliable?

Owners rate it 4.77/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable ownership experience, with praise centered on value, comfort, and the kind of trouble-free daily usability shoppers want from a large sedan. That said, some owners mention issues like the auto stop feature and mismatched tires, so you should still pay close attention to maintenance history and current condition. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s overall appeal and more about finding one that has been cared for consistently.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Chevrolet Impala?

At 50.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, since accident history can affect both condition and future resale value. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on bodywork quality, tire condition, and signs of uneven wear or repair work. It also makes sense to prioritize how the car drives and whether its comfort and tech features work as expected, since those are major reasons people choose this model.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Chevrolet Impala?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you know what you want.

• Deal availability: 28.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 524 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.96% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 50.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $13,758, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Chevrolet Impala's resale value?

The current average of $13,758 sits slightly below last year's $15,281.

That price movement suggests the market has softened, which can make the car easier to buy now but may also limit short-term upside for a future seller. If you plan to resell later, condition and documentation will matter even more because buyers tend to reward clean, well-kept examples when the broader market is moving down. A strong purchase price today can help offset some of that depreciation pressure.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.77/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Chevrolet Impala or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 28.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 50.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.96% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.77/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

The 2019 is a smart choice if you want the Impala’s roomy cabin, comfortable ride, and strong owner satisfaction at a softened market price. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby model years and focus on the cleanest, best-documented example rather than chasing the lowest sticker alone.
