Is the 2019 Audi Q7 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.7/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback emphasizes a dependable-feeling ownership experience, with praise for comfort, quality, and the way the vehicle meets expectations over time. That kind of response suggests the Q7 can be a reassuring choice if you value a well-finished SUV that owners feel good about keeping. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure maintenance history is solid, since repair costs can be high.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Audi Q7?

At 73.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any prior damage was repaired properly. Put inspection priority on bodywork, alignment, and signs of uneven wear, since those can reveal past collision issues. It also makes sense to focus on overall condition and maintenance records, because a luxury SUV like this can be rewarding only if it has been cared for consistently.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Audi Q7?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value.

What is the 2019 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $18,160 sits slightly below last year's $21,494.

That decline suggests the Q7 has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help you as a buyer today. If you plan to sell later, the current pricing trend means your resale outcome will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history. Well-kept examples should hold up better than average because shoppers still respond to the Q7’s comfort and upscale feel.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 35.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 73.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.51% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $23,603, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $18,160 average.
• It brings a thorough refresh across styling, interior, powertrain, and technology.

The bottom line: If you want the better value today, the 2019 is the stronger starting point because pricing has come down and owner satisfaction is high. If you’re willing to spend more for a newer, more comprehensively updated Q7, the 2020 is the better upgrade path. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2019 offers the more compelling balance of cost and appeal.
