How much does the 2018 Porsche Panamera cost?

There are 330 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2018 Porsche Panamera a good car?

Yes — the 2018 Porsche Panamera earns a 4.5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the blend of luxury and performance, along with the sporty handling and practical four-seat layout with ample cargo space. That makes it a strong fit if you want a fast, premium four-door that still works as an everyday car. With 28.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2018 Porsche Panamera reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a car people generally trust for its blend of luxury and performance, with praise centered on its sporty feel and everyday usability. That said, some shoppers mention minor issues in pre-owned examples, so condition matters a lot on the used market. For long-term ownership, your risk is less about the model’s appeal and more about how well a specific car has been maintained.

What should I look for when buying a used 2018 Porsche Panamera?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then inspect the car closely for signs of prior damage or cosmetic wear. Because some owners mention minor issues in pre-owned models, a careful pre-purchase inspection is especially important. Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and whether the car has been kept up well rather than just chasing the lowest price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Porsche Panamera?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting a deep buyer’s market.

• Deal availability: 28.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 330 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.67% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 78.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $42,296, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Porsche Panamera's resale value?

The current average of $42,497 sits slightly below last year's $46,530.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also limit short-term upside if you plan to resell soon. For future sellers, the key is to buy a well-kept example and avoid overpaying, since depreciation has already moved the market lower. Strong condition and desirable equipment matter more when you eventually list it again.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Porsche Panamera or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 28.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.67% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2017 if:

• At $41,326, the 2017 costs less than the current year's $42,497 average.
• It delivers Porsche performance in a practical four-door package.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market balance of price, inventory, and owner satisfaction, the 2018 is the better starting point. If you are especially price-sensitive, the 2017 is worth a look because it comes in a bit cheaper while still delivering the core Panamera experience.
