The sale of the vehicle was flawless even though I was hundreds of miles away.

Was not happy with their service they sold the vehicle and no one ever got back to me. I am a hospital worker ( First Responder ) and was unable to make the first appointment so they sold it to someone else

Dealer would not provide a detailed breakdown of their out the door price so contact was brief

Via email they contacted me, in person, not very helpful. Truck was advertised in wrong color. Other issues made this one not the right one. Did not pursue.

So I've decided to go with Nissan Of Westbury for my 2015 Dodge Durango R/T Even though the SUV had 73,000 miles on it, there was a price drop the day I purchased and compared to other dealerships that had 3 owners, this vehicle had 1 owner. I test drove the vehicle and fell in love. Carfax was clean, all mechanical work was done by dealership. Great experience purchasing from Nissan of Westbury will purchase for them again.

They were nice and willing to help, idk if this is common knowledge but apparently in New York there are “administrative” charges which added to an additional $1400, THEN dealer told me the only way to get internet price was to finance through them.....sounds very sketchy to me!!!

Horrible experience. Car was advertised at $5900 yet that did not include the $2601 in hidden fees. Rick was the stereotypical "Used Car Salesman".

Why do New Jersey dealers tack on $1400 in fees. And since I was an out of state buyer. I still have to go to my local dmv and register the car myself. So what am I paying an extra $1400 for if you’re not even doing any of the leg work. NY most dealers only charge $75 doc fees on top of tax and title. I will never visit a dealer in New Jersey ever again!

Terrible wish I could give them no stars. My husband went there after I verified price and availability. They tacked on 5k in BS fees before taxes title fee. Sale associate had on dirty shoes and pants and an attitude like he was not interested in his job. Jaime was nice on the phone and professional too bad she was off that day. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Scam. They listed the price asked what price you saw as you make an appointment. When you get there the price went from12,495 to $21,000. Said on their site at the bottom in small letters( his words exactly) the fees are listed. Wasted my time traveling there on New Years Eve . I gave it 1 star because the salesman we worked with actually seamed that he felt bad.

I didn’t ever go there but the reps were very nice in texting. Ack and forth.

I answered an ad for a car w/built-in navigation, since I’m moving to a place with bad cell service. They confirmed its availability and that it had navigation in a call. I rented a car and traveled 1 hr to go see, test drive, and hopefully purchase. When I arrived, it did NOT have navigation. They pushed me to buy an external navigation device, e.g. Garmin. LOL. Complete waste of time, tolls, and rental car cost.

This place was the worst... car was so dirty staff so rude he addressed me as hey.. I drove 13 miles for nothing... never again

Purchased vehicle after taking it on test drive. There was no pressure. Rob was very personable. My wife loves the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who may ask.

asked if he could do better on price, bluntly said we dont haggle on price. i replied i will keep looking.

Sold out the car and only informed me 30 minutes before the appointment time.

Saleswoman was very nice . However, this dealer uses the worst sales tactic in the business. Advertises a price without adding that the price is reflective of a huge down payment you need to have it for advertised price.

I was shocked to find out that the price listed was not the actual price there was a “Reconditioning” fee of an extra $3K couldn’t make the deal happen because of that

I must say that the staff at Magic Auto Sales Prestige were great. I walked in and left with a better car then the one I wanted. The staff, especially Eddie, the finance manager, and Omar were kind, courteous, pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend coming here for a used car. My experience here was great.

Very rude to me. I wish I could not give them a star. The sales manager said to me it was too cold for his guy to be standing outside in the cold while u was checking out the car.

Scam artists. No titles on the vehicles on their lot. Cars on CarGurus are on the back lot and need to have the battery charged in order to start if at all. Then the say, "We don't go by CarGurus. We have are own sets of fees and have to order the titles from the states the cars came from. It's an additional $1000 that you have to pay plus tax." Buyer beware, NO steer clear! If there was a way to leave no stars...

Everything was fine until it was time to finalize the deal. Over 1500,00 in fees, finance guy was very tricky with his numbers, in which he added the fees and everything else when calculating the percentage to the sales tax. Also, kept my deposit hostage for almost a week. Stay away
