How much does the 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia cost?

Is the 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia a good car?

Yes — the 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia earns a 4.78/5 user rating, and owners consistently praise its fun driving experience, impressive performance, and striking design. The review summary also highlights the all-wheel-drive setup and the attention to detail in the interior, which fit well if you want a compact luxury sedan with a more distinctive personality than the usual mainstream alternatives. If you value a sporty, characterful sedan and are comfortable shopping a niche model, it can be a compelling choice. 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia reliable?

Owners rate it 4.78/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a car that many people enjoy living with, especially for its driving character and overall appeal, while also noting electronic issues and error codes that can appear during use. That means you should think of long-term ownership as more dependent on finding a well-kept example than on assuming every car will age the same way.

What should I look for when buying a used 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia?

At 67.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether the car has any accident, title, or service-record concerns. Put inspection priority on electronics, warning lights, and any signs of unresolved faults, since those are the kinds of issues owners have flagged. It also makes sense to focus on overall condition and maintenance consistency, because a clean, well-documented example is the safest way to reduce risk.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value if you move on the right car.

• Deal availability: 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 342 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.46% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $15,439, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia's resale value?

The current average of $15,983 sits slightly below last year's $17,087.

That decline suggests the market is still pricing in depreciation, which can work against you if you buy at the wrong price and plan to sell soon. On the other hand, it also means you may be entering at a more favorable point than earlier buyers did. If you keep the car in strong condition and maintain it well, you can help protect its future appeal to shoppers who want a distinctive sport sedan.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.78/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 67.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.46% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.78/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2017 if:

• At $13,274, the 2017 costs less than the current year's $15,983 average.
• It emphasizes a communicative chassis and especially direct steering.

The bottom line: Choose the 2018 if you want the better-rounded shopping target, especially with its updated smartphone integration and strong owner enthusiasm. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2017 is the better value play, but you should still focus on condition and maintenance history before buying.
