Used 2017 Nissan Sentra for Sale in Greenville, TX

They professional and friendly.

We purchased a the vehicle only to find out car had several defects with battery capacity and malfunctioning speakers. We attempted to return vehicle and was denied by the rude manager. We will be looking for others options.

Didn't like the interviewer. I asked for cash price and she said $9k for a car listed at $7693. I was done listening.

The price was $13,400. I offered $13,000 cash but they said the price was firm. Now the car is $13,799. They are ok but do not budge on price! As of today the car is still sitting on their lot!

Very very poor sales service was told the car I wanted was there and it had sold the morning of me looking at it..

They are prompt with their automated responses, but when I asked, repeatedly, for the final price that includes all TTL, Fees, Etc...silence.

They replied promptly. Still debating on which vehicle to purchase.

The Honda we came to look at was sold. We test drove a Cadillac that obviously had transmission issues. When asked how we liked it we explained the “jerking” during acceleration and instead of being concerned they wanted us look around more for another car. Umm yea no thanks.

Quick and kind response , unfortunately the car was sold . My only recommendation would be to change advertising from selling to sold in a timely manner Or remove listing after selling altogether. It would promote more searches leading to more sales if the information was updated and current. No one wants to put time And energy Into Researching a purchase only to find out it has been sold. Otherwise keep up the good work Thank you

The sales professional Michael seemed very helpful and eager to please. However this vehicle I wanted was not available when I became ready to buy. Although they found a similar vehicle, it wasn't what I had originally wanted. Disappointing in that regard. In addition that vehicle was not available because there were too many things wrong with it. Apparently they didn't know that until a customer had inquired. Me!

Rob the sales rep really help me out as much as he could and everyone working there was real helpful and generous as well, would highly recommend going there.

Did not have a good experience dealer said the truck was at another location told him that would wait for him to get truck there. After an dealer was asked you much longer it would be and he said did he had not even contacted other location. Bad customer service

Michael and finance were great! Car was not perfect (no used car is) but some things could have been mentioned prior to arrival. All in all, repairs were made and happy with purchase.

Went here just to browse the lot and ended up being approached by an amazing Salesman named Mario. He was courtesy, professional and really listened to what I wanted in a new car. I would highly recommend him, and this location for all future purchases for me and my family. This was truly an A-1 experience!

Got a response the next day stating car was already sold.

When I was on my way to view the car, they informed me that it had sold. This was after, i told them I was on my way from San Antonio.

Horrible experience. Drove all the way out there after communicating for over 3 days on one specific vehicle. Alex did a bait and switch when we got there and was told the vehicle I wanted had conveniently been sold that morning. DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP
