It had all the features I wanted and it was the best value when compared to the Acura MDX or the Mazda CX9 which were the only other mid size crossovers with a third row seat. Most other vehicles were larger and didnt have a smooth ride. We ended up buying a Toyota Highlander because the seats in the Santa Fe were too narrow for my husband.
It is handsome, reliable and has many luxurious features without luxurious price.
The ultimate trim package is great. Smooth ride, great features, fantastic warranty for CPO. Wish the ultimate included auto lift gate on the back, but not a major flaw.
Nice size...not too big but big enough. Powerful 6 cylinder that can tow. Stylish for an SUV.
The seats are very uncomfortable I think I would have a hard time doing a long road trip in it
