information with him and never heard back. Made contact with the mgr.
after I saw it still for sale. He said he would address problem with the
salesman. No one ever called back or emailed....car is still for sale. Could I
just drive down there and deal with them, YES. But that is not the point.
Where is their follow through in trying to sell a car and make a customer
happy. Pretty poor experience with Henna."

"I am impressed that entire June, this dealership is offering all cars at trade-in prices. A very personable manager did call me (since the sales person was swamped) and talked to me about the car of interest, but he was supposed to have some additional info emailed to me. I did not get that email, and there were no follow-up calls. Maybe they are all swamped, because when a salesperson gets a lead, it's normally like a pit bull not wanting to let go."

"I couldn't view the E Cargo Ford van I called about, as it was in the shop
under repairs. He allowed me to drive a Nissan NV 2500 High roof van.
Basic trim, heavy smoke smell, burns in the two seats, door trim loose,
floor well used. Sounds like a moving or rental van from what he told me.
No divider or shelves. He would not think about working on his number his
choice 16999.00 not a bad number per daily checks on internet. Might
check back in a few days, still curious on the Ford van I was looking for."
