Why it stands out
The 2017 Ford F-150 remains a leader in the full-size truck market, driven by its impressive blend of power, safety features, and technological advancements. The return of the Raptor variant, emphasized by its robust 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque from a twin-turbo V6 engine, offers substantial off-road capability alongside everyday usability. With a user-friendly interior and a range of luxury options, buyers appreciate the spacious cabin and high-quality materials used in higher trims. However, the pricing for some of these higher-end models has raised concerns among potential buyers. Despite this, the Ford F-150’s excellent reviews from owners—reflecting a strong 4.83 / 5 rating—underscore its performance and reliability. Expert testing has showcased not just the truck's power but also its capability as a comfortable daily driver, making it a compelling choice for both work and play.

This truck offers a great balance of comfort, durability, and performance for the price. The interior is spacious and the ride quality is smooth even on rough roads. It has strong towing capability and the bed size makes it practical for both work and everyday use. The technology and safety features are solid for this class of truck. Overall it feels dependable and well built. I would compare it to trucks like the Ford F-150, Toyota Tundra, and Chevy Silverado. For someone looking for a reliable truck that can handle daily driving and hauling when needed, it’s definitely a good value.

Enjoying the F150 so far. Was looking for a basic truck in good condition & low mileage. Compared it to similar F150’s with more options, but decided on this basic work truck. I’m enjoying the ride and option to use it as a truck & not worry about scratches & dings.

For it being an older truck it has all the new features that a high end model would have today.

I drove a 2010 f150 with the 4.6. Great running truck, fantastic suspension. 2013 with the 6 cyl was great too. If you buy one pre 2015, before the aluminum body, watch the rockers and cab corners, they rot out. I swore i’d never own a ford after our Winstar, but All in all, the F150 is the only truck i’d own.
