Why it stands out
The 2017 Ford Expedition is widely recognized for its spaciousness and comfort, making it an ideal choice for families and those needing a large SUV. The independent rear suspension enhances ride quality, distinguishing it from competitors like the Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon, which utilize a solid-axle design. Its close relationship with the Ford F-150 means it inherits many styling cues and tech features, providing the latest in convenience and safety. The Expedition offers a strong powertrain with a choice of rear-wheel or four-wheel drive and comes in both standard and extended-wheelbase configurations, boosting passenger and cargo capacity. Notable tech features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and various driver-assist technologies. While it lacks a hybrid variant currently, future models are expected to include this option, expanding its appeal. Overall, the 2017 Expedition balances strengths in space and comfort with acceptable limitations in driving agility and engine performance, appealing to buyers who prioritize family-oriented features and reliability.

Fantastic deal and love the Expeditions. It is the base model but being the EL makes up for it. Plenty of space so traveling will give plenty of elbow room.

I LOVE my car!! It rides so smooth, there are a ton of bells and whistles for the price that I paid for it, and the third row is so large that myself and my SIL climbed in the back and sat comfortably. I know I got a great deal!!
