Slow getting vehicle in to Service mostly due to getting a loaner and when I did get it there, service personnel did not recognize that I had walked in. Like say hello welcome to RIverside Chevrolet! I had never been there before so wasn't sure where to go. Contacted Chris and he came to help me right away. He marked the areas on my vehicle paint that needed fixed, made sure I had a loaner, Rian was nice in Service Dept. We just feel like a lot of things were left out at the close of the sale...OnStar, How to use the several options on the vehicle weren't explained. I called and spoke to a manager last week to set up bringing my car in for items( Chris was off) that were promised at the close of the deal and he laughed when I said we were supposed to get new tires...like it wasn't true. I was questioned several times about what was promised to close the deal, because no one could find it in writing. I complained about his attitude and another manager was supposed to contact me and never did. Chris contacted me on his day off and apologized..not his fault either. We just felt like once they got our money...we weren't a priority. Not Chris's fault, he was really busy the day we purchased and didn't go over all of the special vehicle operations. Hopefully we will get this done next week when I pick up my vehicle from service. I felt like if I didn't keep asking for what they promised, it would've been forgotten. Sorry. Customer service needs some improvement. Chris our salesman made sure we got what was promised...he truly wants his customers to be satisfied. I added a 4th star. Thank you Chris Starling."
