Waist of time setting appointments. Arrived 30 minutes early to have someone making a deal on the car I drove 2 hours to see. Then some guy in flip flops tells me I can wait a few hours to see what happens.

They offered the car for $13,892, but refused to respond to me when I questioned the final purchase price. The salesman Matthew went missing in action when asked for a breakdown of what I was paying for. He wouldn’t answer the and stopped responding to text messages. Deceptive Trade is what I call it.

Car was already sold when I came in. The guy helping us was helping like 2 other people. Honestly I would of bought the car they did have there similar to the one I originally came for if they would of been a bit nicer. I want even financing I would of saved them time but I guess.

Had a us reserve a Truck so they could make repairs never heard back from salesman or manager then with storm could not pick up, and they sold it without contacting us then just said sorry. Will never do business with them don't recommend you do either! Sorry!

The car was not ready to sell. Had to wait an hour while the mechanic checked it out. We finally left to go eat. They emailed me an hour later no call. Within that time we gave up

There was a discrepancy between the price listed on CarGurus and the price at the dealership. Once brought to the attention of the GM, I was able to get the price listed on CarGurus. I'm very disappointed that I had to go to the level of getting the GM involved. The salesman and the finance manager were being very deceptive. Be careful to get copies of ALL the paperwork you sign during negotiations!

The price listed is only if you qualify for all these rebates they tell too about. When you ask for price without rebates then they give price based on financing with Chrysler but the discount doesn’t apply. Within a span of one week I had 3 different prices and everytime it went up. First had 20,500 plus 2000 in fees and 2000 in taxes. Then 24,998 out the door then 27,998. Just ask a lot of questions and look at the fine print.

Unacceptable professionalism. They told me they would contact me when the car completed the mechanical check. That did not happen. The car was sold. I never had the opportunity to sit down to purchase the car. The salesperson was rude and arrogant.

One response and a few emails. Very little of the additional info I requested. No drive out prices over the phone.
