Why it stands out
The 2016 Ford Fusion combines style, comfort, and dependable performance, making it a strong competitor in the midsize sedan market. Designed to deliver a smooth ride, its spacious interior is complemented by a range of standard features that enhance the driving experience. The vehicle’s design has received positive comparisons to rivals such as the Chevrolet Malibu and Nissan Altima, highlighting its appeal not just for aesthetics but for practical qualities like fuel economy and reliability. Owners appreciate the Fusion for its responsive handling, which is partly due to its Mazda-derived platform. Although some drivers have noted minor design flaws, overall satisfaction remains high, particularly with the available technology and safety features introduced in earlier trims. The good balance of features against a competitive price point makes the 2016 Ford Fusion an appealing choice for buyers seeking value without sacrificing quality.

Nice features. But, the vehicle lacked acceleration power. It seemed to run sluggish.

Just unhappy with the malfunctioning rearview camera on our 2016 Ford fusion titanium.. Sounds like there should be a recall for our year of 2016 and others for the Ford fusion.

Good vehicle. Changing from 2018 GMC SUV AWD/4wd SUV to a 2 year older vehicle that does not have: AWD/4WD Towing package Bose Speakers Rear controls for radio & climate 8” ground clearance 3rd row seats V6 engine with the same mpg The strengths of the Fusion are; Price, looks clean & not rusty It is a vehicle “I wish I could afford when this Fusion was built”. Consumer Report recommended it. Great price if it last the “life of the loan”. My wife now has the “big vehicle”, so I have the option to get a smaller vehicle.
