When I arrived, however, it was "Well, that particular truck is in the process of being sold, but you're trip wasn't wasted, of course, because we have plenty of fine oil- burning Dodge and Chevrolet specimens to sell you. Because, you know, all trucks are the same..." Absolute lack of respect. It is my studied and experienced opinion that the truck was already sold even as i was on the phone with the initial call. They simply thought, " We'll sell him something else (such as the aforementioned clunker Ram/Silverado's.) Even after all this, when their site showed another Tundra a few days later I, (being just that much of a Moron, and apparently a glutton for punishment,) called inquiring after that one. Everyone was busy/In meetings (undoubtedly a meeting headlined 'How To Sell To The Sucker.') I left a message - no call back that day. Message left the next day, then the next, and finally a fourth message on the fourth consecutive day...still no response. So make of this little diatribe what you will, this is one man's experience at this particular dealer. Thanks for listening. "
