Used 2016 Buick Envision for Sale near Georgia

How much does the 2016 Buick Envision cost?

Prices have softened 14.76% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 280 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you decide.

Is the 2016 Buick Envision a good car?

The 2016 Buick Envision was positioned as a more upscale alternative in its class, with a tall roof, generous headroom, and a standard equipment list that was strong for the class. It also offered comfort-focused features such as an 8-inch touchscreen, a rear-view camera, parking sensors, heated front seats, a power liftgate, a heated steering wheel, three-zone climate control, and a seven-speaker Bose stereo.

That makes it a sensible choice if you want a quietly premium-leaning SUV that emphasizes comfort and convenience over flash or athleticism. The market also shows 28.6% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are still some attractive opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2016 Buick Envision reliable?

The 2016 Buick Envision was built around a familiar setup and was described as a comfortable, well-equipped SUV rather than a complicated one. Its available safety and driver-assist equipment was respectable, and it earned a five-star safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

For long-term ownership, you should still pay close attention to maintenance history and overall condition, since a used luxury-leaning SUV can become more expensive to keep in top shape if prior care was inconsistent.

What should I look for when buying a used 2016 Buick Envision?

At 64.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any reported damage was minor or structural. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check for signs of uneven wear, poor repairs, or neglected maintenance. Focus on overall condition first, since the best value here is likely to come from a clean, well-kept example rather than the cheapest listing.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Buick Envision?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to compare listings and wait for the right one.

• Deal availability: 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 280 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.76% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 64.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $12,180, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Buick Envision's resale value?

The current average of $12,221 sits slightly below last year's $14,338.

That decline suggests the Envision has become more affordable for used buyers, but it also means future resale gains may be limited if the market continues to favor shoppers. If you buy one now, the best way to protect value is to choose a clean, well-documented example with strong condition and no major history issues. A lower purchase price can help offset depreciation, especially if you plan to keep the vehicle for several years.

Should I buy a 2016 Buick Envision or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 64.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.76% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2016 is a reasonable pick if you want the lower entry price and are willing to shop carefully for a clean example. If you’re more price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, history, and asking price.
