Why it stands out
The 2016 Acura MDX remains a popular choice in the luxury three-row SUV segment, combining safety, performance, and a refined driving experience. It's powered by a robust 3.5-liter V6 engine providing 290 horsepower, ensuring quick acceleration and an engaging driving experience. The vehicle has been designed with a dual display for infotainment, although some users find it a bit complex to navigate. Reviewers consistently praise the MDX for its comfort and spaciousness, attributes that make it a suitable option for families. Additionally, the incorporation of advanced safety features, including the available AcuraWatch Plus package, enhances peace of mind for drivers and occupants alike. I chose this specific trim (Elite model) for comfort and well… the wide screen entertainment system for my younger kids. For a 8 year old car it drives amazingly. I have driven Hondas, Toyotas Fords but this might be the best I have owned.
