How much does the 2015 Nissan Frontier cost?

There are 645 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2015 Nissan Frontier a good car?

Generally — the 4.43/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers commonly praise its dependability, attractive design, and good fuel economy, and many also value its safety ratings and towing capacity for daily use and outdoor activities. For you, that makes it a practical fit if you want a straightforward midsize pickup that emphasizes utility over flash. With 33.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2015 Nissan Frontier reliable?

Owners rate it 4.43/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

Drivers describe it as dependable and appreciate its trouble-free, long-term usefulness, especially for everyday driving and outdoor tasks. The recurring praise for reliability suggests you can count on it for basic truck duties without needing a lot of complexity. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about the truck’s core durability and more about finding one that has been maintained well and not worn down by hard use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Nissan Frontier?

At 64.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any reported damage was repaired properly. Put inspection priority on the truck’s overall condition, since a work-oriented pickup can hide wear from hauling, towing, or off-road use. Focus especially on signs of uneven maintenance, cosmetic shortcuts, and anything that suggests the truck was used harder than the listing implies.

What is the 2015 Nissan Frontier's resale value?

The current average of $14,225 sits slightly above last year's $14,130.

That small increase suggests the Frontier has held its value fairly well rather than swinging sharply up or down. For you as a future seller, that kind of stability can make pricing easier because the market is not showing signs of a steep drop. The truck’s practical reputation and steady demand from value-focused buyers help support that pattern.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.43/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Nissan Frontier or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 33.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 64.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.43/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2014 if:

• At $13,283, the 2014 costs less than the current year's $14,225 average.
• It suits weekend use and off-road outings.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $15,314, the 2016 costs more than the current year's $14,225 average.
• It adds small updates while keeping the same familiar truck formula.

The bottom line: The 2015 is the best all-around choice if you want a balanced mix of price stability, owner satisfaction, and usable inventory. If your priority is spending less, the 2014 is the better value play; if you want a slightly newer version and are willing to pay more, the 2016 is the next step up.
