So far, so good! My husband and I bought a Passat from them. The salesman, Blaine, was great! He was super honest abs helpful. We noticed an issue with the brakes grinding and they are going to fix it for us since it’s a safety issue, which is awesome.

Dealer was courteous and answered my questions. The vehicle was not to my expectations due to two previous accidents.

Spoke with someone about vehicle supposed to get back with me when they talk to boss about shipping etc. never heard back.

Lied about wheels intentionally to hype the car and make it appear like a better deal than it actually was.The xD was really equipped with steel wheels not Alloy.

wont go back! lowball on trades selling a flagged title due to a theft recovery ( found out right here on cargurus)and salesman claimed he didn't know about it not sure if it would be a problem but flagged is flagged! Time wasters all around! Stay away

Vehicle was listed for 24k for a week or more then day after Christmas listed for 27k. I made an appointment before Christmas. Called dealership about the increase..was told error by salespeople. Complete bs they should of honored 24k.

They responded quickly, & to all my requests. I did end up purchasing from them. Like the other 7 or 8 dealers I contacted, i had to request the info I put in the comment box of the request info form again. I think it's a issue with that form.

They were polite and straightforward.

Was contacted, but didn't meet to see the car because I had to leave town on business.

Submitted my credit app I talked to them that same day, they said they will call me back and didn't. Talk to them the next day to find out what happened the previous day & and they said they will follow up and give me a call back today and they did not.

Ive been to many dealerships and this one has the worst sales people. I Wasnt taken serious. Sales guy was on his phone the entire time during the test drive and while looking at it in the lot . Didnt offer any information unless directly asked . and then lied about the price of add-ons.

This car was in poor shape. They were not well kept. They install poor parts for example an Econocraft battery which only carries a 90 day warranty with less than required CCAs for that car. The battery would fail out shortly after leaving the lot. Their cars are garbage.

Wife had to replace her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee after she got rearended and totaled hers out. Found a great replacement at this dealership and everything went smoothly and would definitely by from Unlimited Motors again. Great staff, very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.
