Used 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD LTZ for Sale in Los Angeles, CA

Would rate as a Negative 5 stars if possible. They advertise a low price then at the end add on MANDATORY add-ons ($2,200 for theft protection, and $495 for door edge guards) - complete ripoff and total waste of time. Vehicle was also in much worse condition than advertised.

Twice I have gone to see a truck I saw on car gurus and when I ask for that truck they don’t have the truck in yet for some reason. So why advertise it?

Way over priced vehicle, manager was extremely rude while answering questions and disclosed other hidden fees (scams) to suck even more . Don't waist your time here. Your getting auction vehicles at a huge expense.

Dealer stopped responding to me after my initial inquiry.

Took them 3 days to respond. I live 6 hours away. Once they knew I was almost in the bag they added 3k to the price claiming it was some theft system that was already in the van and is their only profit off vehicle. Even if true that is bad business. Will never look at this dealer and tell my friends stay away.

Van is over priced and then they have addons price comes to about 5000 more than high blue book they say they do not negotiate

Ben owns a small dealership and has been in business for 20 years. He proved to be a very nice, honest, and trustworthy dealer. He promptly answered all my phone calls and questions. The van was in very good condition, the price was great, and there were no hidden fees. It truly was a pleasurable experience doing business with him so I plan to buy from him again in the future. Fast easy and communicated well!

Text back and forth didn't seem to enthusiastic about helping me. Ask to run my credit. Next day took two texts to get them to answer. Then they came back and said oh sorry the truck you were interested in was being test drove and I wanted to make sure they didn't buy it but they did. Oops I will take my large down payment, which I told her was 5k but didn't tell her I was willing to go to 10k, somewhere else.

They were helpful and very efficient. Although they did try to slip in a security system that I didn’t need.

They took over a week to get back in touch with me. They refused to run a credit report for me, said I need to send in my proof of income first.other dealerships I’ve been to said it wasn’t necessary they just wanted to give me a hard time.

I had a 2 hr drive from loss Angeles. I got thir they did not have the trunk they said they could not find it . I did not want a newer truck. I got mad and left.
