Why it stands out
The 2015 Chevrolet Colorado stands out in the midsize truck segment thanks to its winning combination of performance, comfort, and modern technology. After its three-year hiatus, it returned with impressive features that cater well to both families and utility needs. Its available 3.6-liter V6 engine delivers ample power with a towing capacity of up to 7,000 pounds when properly equipped, making it a versatile choice for those who may need to haul trailers or boats.
Customers appreciate how the Colorado contrasts with larger pickups, offering a more manageable size without sacrificing functionality. It boasts a well-appointed interior loaded with soft-touch materials, ensuring a comfortable driving experience. Moreover, its technology suite, including the Chevrolet MyLink system and available 4G LTE Wi-Fi, makes this midsize truck feel both modern and user-friendly.
While some users have noted concerns with the lower trim levels and transmission issues, the Colorado remains a favorite due to its balance of truck-like utility and car-like comfort. Furthermore, it remains competitively priced, providing substantial value without the hefty price tag typically associated with full-sized trucks.
