Should I buy a 2014 Porsche 911 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices are up 12.62% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.42/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a 911 with strong owner satisfaction, broad performance appeal, and a market that still supports resale value, the 2014 is a strong primary target. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but you should still focus on the cleanest, best-documented car rather than chasing the lowest sticker price.
