How much does the 2014 Honda Ridgeline cost?

There are 151 listings available, which gives you a reasonable amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2014 Honda Ridgeline a good car?

Yes — the 2014 Honda Ridgeline earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its reliability, comfort, and versatility, and they also highlight its smooth driving experience and well-built design. For you, that means it fits especially well if you want a comfortable, practical truck with useful storage features rather than a traditional hard-use pickup. There are 36.4% of listings priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2014 Honda Ridgeline reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owners describe it as reliable, well-built, and trouble-free, with many noting that it delivers dependable day-to-day use over the long term. That kind of feedback matters if you want a used truck you can count on for regular ownership rather than constant repairs. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s reputation and more about how well a specific example has been maintained.

What should I look for when buying a used 2014 Honda Ridgeline?

At 66.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate cleaner examples from trucks with prior damage or repeated claims. After that, put a pre-purchase inspection at the top of your list, with extra attention on suspension wear, transmission maintenance, rust, and electrical issues. Because this model is now older, condition matters more than mileage alone, so focus on service records and overall upkeep.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2014 Honda Ridgeline?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly when a strong listing appears.

• Deal availability: 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 151 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices are up 4.25% year-over-year.

If you find a listing below $14,394, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2014 Honda Ridgeline's resale value?

The current average of $15,312 sits slightly above last year's $14,688.

That upward move suggests the market has been willing to pay a bit more for this model year, which can help support resale value if you buy well and keep the truck in good condition. Because the price trend is positive, a clean, well-documented example should be easier to position later than one with questionable history or visible wear. Strong owner satisfaction also helps keep demand steady among used shoppers looking for a practical, comfortable pickup.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2014 Honda Ridgeline or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 66.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices are up 4.25% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the Ridgeline’s comfort, versatility, and clever storage, the 2014 is a solid choice as long as you prioritize condition and history. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you should compare nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-documented truck rather than chasing the lowest sticker price.
