Drivers of the 2006 Ford Freestyle tend to like it, but have a few reservations about recommending it wholesale. Also note as a Freestyle owner I got news that Ford knows about uneven wear on the brake pads and will be issuing new pads in the 4th quarter. I am still waiting for mine to come in. Other than that the vehicle handles better than most SUV / VAN's that I have driven as the limited has an 18" wheel base and has a low center of gravity which helps it stay on the road in various conditions. All in all this is a very nice vehicle and great for the long trips.
