The staff was friendly. The car I had appointment to test drive was not available upon arrival. I opted to wait for the vehicle to return. The guy that was with us went to get another vehicle that was similar, but the car he wanted to show was very dirty and the engine sounded rough.

Our salesman was courteous and worked fast to get me the truck I wanted. The Car Gurus listing was different than the dealerships price which took some negotiating, but besides that I was satisfied.

Dealer was great, sent me a video of the truck & a few listings of others. But when I sent him my wishlist of trucks I was looking for, I never heard from him again.

Dealership was responsive and provided valuable details on the vehicle I inquired about. I would recommend them to friends and family members.

Jim was so kind to let us know that the vehicle is not AWD, since he knew that we would need that since we live in Tahoe. I believe there was a hiccup in the search criteria we entered into the CarGuru's application, since all others that have shown up on search have been what we entered for criteria.

Jim was very helpful, knowledgeable and there was no pressure whatsoever. We had 3 hour drive round trip and from start to finish we were back home in 4.5 hours (even stopped for lunch). Highly recommend. My daughter loves her car. Thank you

I was able to test drive and the dealer was very helpful and professional. There was a minor broken part on the interior rear roof of the car. I was concerned that we could not negotiate an affordable monthly payment with 50% down.
