First Car. Good Quality except for a few problems. For a car from 1996 and the mileage no major surprises. For 140,000+ miles it ran strong. Gets up and goes. Very fuel efficient. High 20s low 30s mpg. Cost of ownership wasn't too bad. I loved the car and it was a lot of fun to drive. Drove it many miles and had many great memories with it. I would recommend a 1996 Honda Accord to anyone if you buy a good quality one. Great vehicle.

I've owned this car for several years and it has only needed routine maintenance. It has 240k miles and the biggest thing I have done is a clutch, computer, and battery replacement. It still gets 30 miles to gallon and saves me money every month by not making payments or higher insurance premiums that come with not owning your car or a car with a higher value that will go down over time.
