Why mess with success? Certainly Chrysler chooses not too. Its fleet of minivans, including the Dodge Caravan, Plymouth Voyager, and Town and Country still take the top spots in customer satisfaction and number of sales. The only significant change to the 1993 Dodge Caravan is a second-row bucket seat that now flips forward to make entry and exit easier. The ride is smooth, there are few complaints about performance, and the Caravan gets pretty good mileage (20/27) for a minivan. Most owners keep their Caravans for years, even after the kids have grown and left the nest. So what's not to like? Some drivers hope for a more powerful engine. The standard 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine only gives out 100-horsepower, so it's not great up hills and on on-ramps. While the 3.0-liter and 3.3-liter V6 offers more horsepower (150 hp) for heavier loads, some claim the transmission package causes headaches.

I own a white one and it starts even in the coldest temps. Even though it's never been plugged in. It can seat up to 7 people. Bench seat is removable for more hauling room. A full size mattress will fit in the back when bench is removed. Cruise control is easy to use and makes long trips less tiring.

This car was regularly maintained per the service manual and gave us 120,000 miles of reliable service hauling family, building supplies, furniture, groceries, you name it. No complaints.
