They were very helpful & going to pick the car up in the morning hooray

I was not happy at all because they didn't honor the advertised price (15,890 or so). First they tried to jack up the price with a bunch of add-on features that I would never pay for. I told them that I didn't want those features and they told me that they do these additions to all of their cars -but they do not put this in the advertised price. I was about to walk when they slid a slimy price to me that was $1000 more than I expected to pay. They asked me if I would still be interested if they discounted the car so that it was still around that original price. After much hard thinking and debating over walking out -due to the shady dealer practices -I agreed to a price that was once again near the 15,890 originally advertised price. Then they tried to sell me on a maintenance plan. I told them no. They tried to sell me on an oil change program -and again I said no because I came in to purchase this car with $10000 down and expecting to finance 5,890 + dealer fee, taxes etc. They kept me waiting on paperwork for at least two hours which made me impatient to get out of their. They were also wanting to close. So they shuffled papers at me to sign at a very fast rate. I never saw the purchase price paperwork in that mess of paperwork garbage. They shoved some paperwork into a folder and handed it to me with the keys. I went on my way home. The next day -I was looking at the paperwork and saw that the purchase price had been jacked up to nearly 16,700 (before dealer charge, taxes, etc). This was the bottom line price before financing or extra fees. So where did the extra $800 come from? I read further and found where they charged me $290 for an oil change program that I told them I absolutely didn't want. There was no explanation for the other $500. This is theft. Their response to anyone who complains is "We didn't get to be #1 dealer by doing shady deals" My reply to this is "Then who did you pay off to get to be #1 dealer while doing shady deals like this?" I am not the only one that has complained about many of these same tactics -and yet they still pull them on their customers.

The salesman responded several times via e-mail. He even called and gave me his cell phone number. My daughter drove 2 hours from out of town to see the car we had contacted him about (after calling that morning and confirming it was still on the lot). When we arrived we were told it was "no longer available." They had nothing comparable in stock. Trip wasted. She bought a car from a different dealer.

Didn't feel like they wanted to make a deal. They have had this Armada for 60 days, tried to pressure me to buy it, saying we are going to sell it to another dealer if you don't buy it. Nice SUV, had some scratches, and was dirty when I drove it.. They basically let me walk off not making a deal over 1000 dollars. When you have someone in a dealership with an 800 credit score, you should do everything you can to make a deal, it could have setup several more deals for the future.... I feel like my time was wasted after I told them what my top dollar per month was, and they still tried not to make a deal. Guess what, almost a week later, it is posted back on car gurus and the salesman has tried to contact me again.. no thanks....

I bought this 2016 Ford Mustang GT Premium Convertible at Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Hoover, AL on March 30, 2018. The sale was a good experience, and Justin responded immediately to my request, and was ready to show and close the deal on the car. They were very professional. My only criticism of the deal is that the extra services Hendrick provides should be stated up front in the advertised sales price. The protection package is a good idea, but it is added into the final bill of sale, and is not part of the stated sales price.

Call back as promised

Ok so I showed some interest in a 2015 ram 1500 sport. Sent an email to them to start the haggling and got a generic reply that didn't answer my questions at all. To top it off, they changed the price overnight. They went up 2000 on the same day as my email and have continued to go up since. I was interested in the truck but if that's the kind of service you get from them, then screw them! My opinion, they're shady as hell and don't deal with them. Now I see the price of the truck is about 3k over valued. A+ on dealing with potential customers - NOT! Btw, I have enough cash in the bank to buy the truck outright but the tricks they pulled right from the start speaks volumes to how they would treat their customers after the sale.

This place is a joke. They are not willing to work with you. And take advantage of people on trade ins. I had a truck that was worth 8700 on trade in but wanted to give me 5000. I left there and went somewhere else and had no problem with them. Sales person I had was very good but financial management was below average. I Will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I WILL TELL EVERYONE DONT GO THERE. If your not buying a high dollar car of truck they are done with you.

Not good. Waist of my time for me to drive down when they could have answered my questions over the phone but would not take time to do so.

The vehicle was hail damaged. They told me that it was ok b/c it wasn't listed on the title or carfax. I asked them to show me the paperwork verifying that statement and i never heard back from them again!

I was contacted within 12 hours by email and have received several follow-up emails as well as phone calls. However I am not quite ready to purchase yet. I am going to give them a call when I get.ready.

The represtative emailed and reached out to me on several occasions to meet my need. Very friendly as well as courteous.

The car had approximately $1700 in add ons when I got there to look at it, not including taxes, fees etc. The salesman never mentioned that on the phone when i talked to him about the price. I drive an hour to get there. The price advertised should have reflected the add ons. I will never do business with them.

Surprise. I went to the dealership and was going to buy this truck if it drove out well. I asked for the best price and it was about $1,500.00 more than the advertised price. It seems the truck had dealer add-ons (nitrogen in the tires, door guards, GPS, custom floor mats). Bottom line, the salesman rejected my offer of $24,199.00 three times. Note in the fine print it says dealer add-ons not included in price. They still have the truck.

This dealership doesnt always have listed vehicles ON SITE but perhaps it seems they might "pretend" to... :-( Actually WENT TO a couple of their local lots and visited a couple of times without anyone approaching and asking if they could help me with anything for the 30 minutes I walked around...

Waited in lobby 30min after I made appointment. They then added 3k + worth of fees to the advertised price of car. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

Horrible customer service, you must go to dealership to get prices. I’m not driving over an hour just to get an out the door price based on the price posted. Wasn’t asking dealership to lower price just tell me taxes and fees

They replied to my inquiry very fast, set up an appointment that day. My salesperson, Christian, was great. The car was in great condition and they worked with me to get the price where I wanted.

Salesman was well prepared and quoted an out-the-door price that exceeded my budget, especially for a 2015 car.

I called them and even went by but their sales staff had no desire to sell me a car. They made promises to call but never did. So, I took my business to other dealerships. I purchased two different cars in a span of 2 weeks. The Chevrolet repair shop is great, bit their sales staff is pathetic.

Did not get response for three days

They told me that the jeep I contacted them about did not look anything like the jeep on the website. I don't think they had that jeep. I also got a price quote on another jeep but purchased the same jeep some where else at a much much better price. When the sales person from Hendrick found out thru text message that we had purchased somewhere else, all of a sudden they found an extra $2500 in savings, yea right !

I had a great experience working with this dealership. I searched all over the State of Ms and couldn't find one dealership that was willing to meet my expectations. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Hendrick Dodge is definitely considered family

When we arrived at the dealership the Jeep was there but we were told it was sold to another dealership. The Jeep was still listed as available later.

No longer interested in this car at this dealer. I received emails but they could not get my name correct. I replied with correct name and they replied back with the wrong name 'Charles".

After making the deal keep coming back with different quotes and not want to fix what they had promised had to keep harping at them to get car fixed

This dealer stayed in contact with me through phone and email was very courteous. I didn't buy my car from them but they were great!

Called every other day on a vehicle I couldn't afford. Would leave message saying they have good news and the news was they still had the truck I couldn't afford.

Made 3 different appointments to see the car and dealership canceled each appointment. They admitted the car had been sold after I confronted them. Than they scheduled a third appointment for me to see another Subaru outback. On the day of this appointment I called to confirm and was told the sales person would call me but he never did. I think they never had a Subaru.

Cory took me on test drives in several vehicles and gave me space to make my own decisions.

Spoke to an "internet representative," and was told a sales associate would contact me in the following day or two. It has been a week and I still have not heard from them. I live a considerable distance from the dealership and am unwilling to take the trip without speaking to a salesman/woman prior. They lost a potential buyer for a vehicle.
